What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between pages — for example, that you are signed in. Similar technologies, such as local storage, are covered by this notice too.

All of these are strictly necessary. Parents and guests who only register, volunteer or donate normally receive just the form‑protection cookie from us, plus the payment provider cookies in Section 3 when they pay by card.
Cookies set by our providers
A few parts of a page come from services we rely on. They may set their own strictly necessary cookies while you use them:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that a form is being filled in by a person, not a bot
- Stripe — secure card entry and fraud prevention on our checkout pages
Stripe's card form loads only on checkout pages, the page where you enter your card. While it is open, Stripe sets these cookies:

These providers use those cookies only to provide their service, including security and fraud prevention, not to advertise to you.
What we don't use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- No social media pixels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X or others)
- No Google Analytics or any other cookie‑based analytics. We count visits with Plausible, which sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
- No cross‑site tracking of any kind
If that ever changes, we will update this notice at least 30 days in advance and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies we set, you will not be able to sign in or submit forms. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by some browsers.
