STDT_PARTY on your card statement?

STDT_PARTY is the card statement prefix used by OurStudentParty for school event payments. Your purchase may be a ticket or registration, a donation, or a sponsorship.

Look for the school name after STDT_PARTY

The description begins with STDT_PARTY*, followed by the school or event group's short name.

For example, a statement could show STDT_PARTY* NORTH SCH or STDT_PARTY* LINCOLN HS. These are examples, not a list of participating schools. Your bank may shorten the description or display spacing differently.

OurStudentParty provides event websites for school groups and parent committees, including post-prom and grad night events. Some cards, including American Express, show OURSTUDENTPARTY.COM (sometimes with "Online payments by Stripe") instead of the school name, and older purchases may show OurStudentParty.

Match the charge to your receipt

  1. Search your email for OurStudentParty, the school name, or the event name. Check spam and other email addresses you may have used.
  2. Compare the amount, purchase date, and school or event on the receipt with your card statement. If you chose to help cover processing fees, that contribution is part of the total paid.
  3. Check whether another family member bought a ticket, registered a student, donated, or sponsored the event using the same card.

Your receipt's school and event details are the best starting point for identifying the purchase.

Still don't recognize the charge?

Email [email protected]. Include the charge date, amount, statement description, school name if you know it, and the email address that may have been used for the purchase. We can help locate the receipt and identify the event.

Please do not send your full card number or security code. If you believe the charge was unauthorized, contact your card issuer promptly.

Questions about the event or a refund

For tickets, registration changes, event details, or refund requests, contact the organizer through your receipt or the event website. The organizer sets the event's refund policy. If you cannot find their contact details, our support team can help.
