You will supervise students as they check bags in and retrieve them when they need to put things in their bags. You are ensuring their bags are "safe" and keep them organized.

You will monitor the tablew with the Casino prizes and assist with the prize drawings once the casino closes. Give a break to the Casino Host as needed. Graduates win "tickets" from their casino winnings to put into drawings for prizes. We want to ensure it's monitored. NO students should be exiting the back doors of the casino area / Auxillary gym.

Put away cold food, you can leave out cookies, snacks and some drinks in cas kids want to grad something after the mentalist. There will be 1 walk-in fridge where we put extra party stuff. If you could make a note of quantities of food/beverage that is left over, that would be great.
