Check-in graduates inside Door 6. Each student will receive a bag and 2 wristbands. One wristband goes on their wrist and one on their bag. The numbers should match. They should then go to bag check. Walk-in registrations will be handled by the Registration Leader.

Serving and monitoring food/drink area in the Commons.

All graduates will receive a bag at check-in. Outside bags will not be allowed inside. Students will have a wristband and a bag with a matching number. They may access their bag throughout the night. You will supervise students as they check bags in and retrieve them when they need to put things in their bags. You are ensuring their bags are "safe" and keep them organized.

You will help with the coffee shop needs creating delicious creations for the graduates.

Coordinate and hand out cash prizes throughout the night. Emcee will announce for you on the PA system.

Assist Steph R. with STORM prize table drawings and handing out prizes.

Supervise the Commons bathrooms, area outside of the Commons, and upstairs. - Graduates shouldn't linger in the bathrooms or do anything inappropriate. - No students going through closed doors (down hallway to pool).

Door 1 should be locked. No graduates should be entering or exiting these doors. If graduates want to leave, direct them to Door 6 where their wristband will be removed and they may not re-enter.

Supervise activities in the gym.

Stand at Plinko game, encourage kids to participate, hand out winning prizes. Goes until prizes are all gone.

You will stand outside the Auzillary gym and hand out a "ticket / casino cash" to each student entering the casino area.

You will monitor the tablew with the Casino prizes and assist with the prize drawings once the casino closes. Give a break to the Casino Host as needed. Graduates win "tickets" from their casino winnings to put into drawings for prizes. We want to ensure it's monitored. NO students should be exiting the back doors of the casino area / Auxillary gym.

Door 6: No graduates should be entering or exiting these doors. If graduates want to leave, remove their wristband and they may not re-enter. Check-in volunteers and give them a name tag and their job description.

Keep food table stocked up until the kids go in to see the mentalist sometime after 2:00 am. Put away cold food, you can leave out cookies, snacks and some drinks in cas kids want to grad something after the mentalist. There will be 1 walk-in fridge where we put extra party stuff. If you could make a note of quantities of food/beverage that is left over, that would be great.
